Potential candidates are shortlisted and screened through preliminary interviews to evaluate their qualifications, skills, competence, work ethics, and references.

  3. Selection Process
    The shortlisted candidates undergo a detailed evaluation by our HR team and industry-specific experts. This rigorous process includes verifying qualifications, assessing competencies, and obtaining feedback from past employers. Many of our candidates have overseas experience, adding further value to their profiles.

  4. Presentation to the Employer
    We present the final selection of candidates to the employer through electronic communication (phone, email, video conferencing) or in-person meetings at our office. Once the employer makes their choice, our negotiators ensure the professionals are onboarded at competitive pay scales.   5. Recruitment and Deployment
    After the final agreement and issuance of the conditional offer, our pre-departure associates assist candidates with all necessary formalities. This includes documentation (medical, visa/emigration clearances), ticketing, and coordination of their departure. Our team ensures the candidates’ smooth arrival at their overseas destination and oversees their first reporting on-site.
